Language and Body Language
Language and Body language Majority of the communication done by us is done through body language ,one can communicate so much without saying the words .In most of the real life love stories ,so much can happen without anything actually happening ,such profound emotions can arise solely through body language ,all it takes is a glance, stare or a thin smile to trigger very strong emotions , the most minute gesture can express what a thousand words cannot capture . Even in hate one does not have to say the words ,just assume the appropriate body language ,the object of your hatred even if s/he is stupid would understand and most probably keep away. Body language is an out and out emotional form of communication ,which means that it is very powerful because it can stimulate people emotionally as against spoken language which is predominantly intellectual form of communication ,effectiveness of body language comes from the fact that emotions tend to stay with people longer than thoughts/ideas (which are aroused by spoken language) . If we are to attempt a comparison between language and body language firstly majority of the communication is done by way of body language ,secondly one form of communication is intellectual (though spoken language too can be emotional) whereas the other is emotional . Language communication has its advantages ,one can stimulate others both emotionally as well as intellectually through language ,it can serve the purpose of influencing people and hurting your enemy .One can influence many people at the same through language whereas body language usually works at one to one basis (unless u r on TV where one can influence many through ones body language ).Language communication is much more deceptive in nature than body language ,a put on body language cannot be sustained for long as this would soon fade away and your real self would come out, however lies spoken through language can be told and retold a 1000 times to deceive others . Mind body relationship works for both language as well as body language, if one has a positive body language then it is very likely that s/he would start thinking positively and vice - versa. Also, if one says positive things here too ones mentality can become more positive .

Athiest's vs Believers
“Atheists “Versus “Believers” " Atheists " are more spiritual than "Believers" .Atheists carefully think about the various spiritual questions :Where we would go after death? Where were we before birth? What is the purpose of our existence ?what is the purpose of the universe'existance? Is their a reason behind existence?. The "atheists”, mull over these questions and in the end when they find no proof of a higher power they decide not to believe in it."Believers" on the other hand do not think as deeply about these questions and just go ahead and believe in the concept of god simply because everyone is doing the same ,in short they blindly follow tradition ."Atheists" questioning attitude and close analysis of spiritual questions makes them more spiritual than "believers" Their is a reason as to why I have written both these terms under inverted commas, the reason is that I do not believe that anyone can be a believer or an atheist. One may pray once or twice ,thrice or many times, one may do this day after day ,but their comes a time when he asks himself whether all this praying is serving any purpose or is he only wasting his time ,he does questions the concept of god and whether such a power actually exits or not .Human mind is prone to doubt only that some people doubt more than the others , Without actually experiencing something through ones senses belief is not possible. Similarly, being an Atheist too is not possible, man's strongest instinct is fear, his fear of the unknown ,various uncertainties in life means that he would never be able to rule out the possibility of existence of an intelligent higher power .Greed is yet another powerful emotion among humans , he is never satisfied and he wants more for the sake of his greed he is ready to bow down in front of even an entity about who's existence he himself is not fully convinced(god). Another reason as to why belief in non existence can never be that strong ,is necessity ,reality is nothing but a mental construct(please read about Romantics,Nietzche,Hiediger, and the post modernists) ,reality is constructed by a person according to his necessity and his level of knowledge. Their r some stages in life when incentive and need to believe is very high ,for example an old man ,he knows that he is going to die, the idea that everything is going to end after death(the atheist idea) is a very uncomfortable one here one needs hope so incentive to believe in an afterlife ,god etc is very high. The question arises that are Atheists really rational? Believers are irrational because they believe in a concept(god) without any evidence of its existence ,atheists in fact are just as irrational as they declare something to be non existent simply because of the fact that they cannot find evidence .If something is hidden from us ,can it be taken as non existent ?. Believers are intellectually lazy because whatever they can t explain they ascribe to God and stop looking for answers ,Atheists too are intellectually just as lazy because when they can’t find an explanation they jump to the conclusion that God does not exist ,and stop thinking further . Though the atheists like to trumpet themselves as thinkers Atheists are just as unthinking and unquestioning about their “ unbelief “ as the believers are of their “ belief”. U r no thinker if u don’t question your beliefs. Believers think themselves as morally superior than others ,in that sense believers are chauvinists ,Atheists on the other hand are arrogant as they consider the believers (overwhelming majority of the world population) to be bunch of fools and regard themselves as rational thinkers ,as people with monopoly over rationality. If a person has to make a choice between what s/he ought to be --- Atheist or believer ,it is infact no choice at all one is just as bad as another . So it is best to suspend judgment ,perhaps “Agnosticism” can be another option ,or “scientology” but these two are no option at all.

Progressive aspects of War and Millitarism
Progressive impacts of Militarism and War
War is total madness, a barbaric exercise an absolutely undesirable event. As for militarism, it
Diverts limited and essential resources from productive activities and puts them to destructive
uses like weapons procurement and the like, militarist ideology is based on chauvinism, jingoism,
and expansionism. However, when studied carefully, one would find that war and militarism also
gave boost to certain progressive developments . A key aspect of militarism is compulsory conscription France was one of the the first countries in Europe to
have adopted compulsory conscription for all able bodied adult males
(This development followed the French revolution)- it became the duty for all to fight for the state. Now, if the state was expecting everybody to fight and die for it ,it also had to grant certain rights to the citizens in exchange for the national duties ,hence in the bargain the French got several rights which they had never
experienced earlier .Ancient Rome too had a citizen army based on compulsory conscription of all free able bodied adult men, the citizen army had to bring their own weapons .As long as Ancient Rome had the voluntary citizen army, democracy survived ,once it became a professional standing army ,where the soldiers were supplied the weapons and payed salaries by the state, jurisdiction of the state over the army was complete ,army was completely loyal to the state , it could now be used for subjugating the masses. This key development, i.e. : development of a professional army in place of a citizen army paved the way for end of democracy in Rome and beginning of despotism. War has given much impetus to development of science and technology ,of infrastructure and lead to industrial development, and also helped in bringing certain positive changes in society. In order to have the
Military edge the belligerent countries had made huge investments in scientific research and technological developments ,Nazi Germany during the second world war conducted immense amounts of research in the field of rocket technology,- later this technology was to help in space exploration .The US - during the second world war ,along with other countries set about to develop the atom bomb, in the process making huge progress in nuclear physics. Internet was initially developed in the US especially for confidential military communication . Infrastructure development and industrialization too have got a boost during war years ,for example France during the first world war made huge investments in heavy industries and infrastructure this had prompted James Joll to say that industrialization of France had been completed during the first world war.Similar developments in infrastructure and industry was seen in the Soviet Union during the second world war. Second world War was to indirectly play a key role in women’s liberation in Europe,as the men were away at the fronts it were the women who were employed in large numbers in offices, in factories and so on to meet the deficit in labour. This went a long in bringing about economic and social liberation of women.

Crowd Psychology
CROWD PSYCHOLOGY A A crowd consists of a randomly selected group of people .As these people don't know each other , hence people are wary of each other .The crowd is assembled in a uncontrolled environment --out in the open ,which means physical discomfort , this along with the fact that the crowd members don't k now each other means that the crowd by nature would always be restless .The restless nature of the crowd means that the crowd is less capable of cool and calculated analysis and judgment ,hence the message conveyed to the crowd mustn’t be highly intellectual ,but it ought to be predominantly emotional ,and if possible also amusing ,but intellectual part has to be the minor part .However while addressing in a hall/auditorium ,the message ought to be more intellectual as the audience is a selected /specialised one, the controlled enviorenment,ie:hall, seating arrangement would ensure physical comfort ,making it possible for the audience to analize/scrutinise your message much more thoroughly .In a seminar lecture ,one sees that a question answer after the lecture ,hence one's message ought to be earnest and factually accurate . The question arises as to why a crowd often tends to be violent ? then another question that has to be pondered upon is how can one influence a crowd ?Tackling the first question first : why does the crowd tend to behave in a violent fascion?this has a lot to do with the impersonal nature of the crowd people know that when they are members of a crowd they can get away with any illegal act as chances of them being recognized is very slim. Second reason for the crowd becoming violent is the inherent human drive for power ,everyone wants to feel powerful ,in a crowd everyone is wary of each other but their is a strong desire to unite, because by uniting they would all feel powerful, therefore a crowd hence likes and wants to united .Members of the crowd like to unite and indulge in riots and arson and the like . Coming to the second question :how to influence a crowd ? A leader has to unite the crowd and then direct it as per his own interests A crowd can be united by giving them an ideology, by slogan chanting ,by giving them a common whipping boy, and by way of humor too a crowd can be united and influenced. A anarchic assemblage of people who don't know each other --crowd, can be given a degree of uniformity if all of them chant certain slogans in one voice besides uniformity this also creates excitement among a already restless bunch of people. A leader has to give ideology to the people as well this ideology has to be packaged as the practical solution to all the problems of the people ,people are unified by ideology ,people are open to such solutions because most of the people have this habit of depending on others for solutions i.e.: they want others to do the thinking for them in other words they like to be dominated .A crowd demands a whipping boy, everyone has his failures and frustrations -- their are two ways of dealing with this either one ought to look within and improve oneself by more discipline and hard work and the other more commonly followed approach ,the simpler and shorter method is to blame someone else for your shortcomings--here arises people's search for a whipping boy, a soft target. The leader has to provide the crowd with a whipping boy. India is the favorite whipping boy for Pakistan ,Israel is the favorite whipping boy in the middle eastern countries ,USSR used to be the favorite whipping boy in the US .Humor too plays a role in uniting the crowd as it breaks the ice amongst the members of the crowd and also makes the leader likable.
